One Pan Potatoes And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes and microwaved 8 to 10 minutes until tender
    1 lb. boned and skinned chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. prepared salsa
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    While potatoes cook, in a large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high
    heat 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned.
    Add salsa and corn; toss until heated through.
    Time:
    20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
