Chicken-In-A-Biscuit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
2 c. chicken, cooked and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped and drained
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth.
Add chicken, pimento, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Separate dinner roll dough into 2 rectangles, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
Cut each rectangle into four 4 x 5-inch rectangles. Place heaping tablespoon chicken mixture on each.
Fold sides and ends of dough toward center; moisten edges with water and pinch to seal.
Shape into biscuits.
Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
Freezes well.
