Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice, cooked as directed on package
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook egg in butter in 10-inch frypan.
    Push to one side and cook onion and mushrooms.
    Add rice and soy sauce to taste.
