Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. mayonnaise
3 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 lb. sharp shredded cheese
1 can mushrooms
2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation

Brown ground beef,
chopped
onions
and bell pepper in skillet until done.
Drain and set aside.
In mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients, except mushrooms and cheese.
Pour meat mixture half and half into the pie shells.
Half mushrooms and cheese; put half and
half into pie shells.
Pour half of the milk mixture into each pie
shell.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
