Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 to 4 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. each raisins and chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend sugar, oil and vanilla with eggs. Stir in zucchini. Sift together dry ingredients and combine with zucchini mixture. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
