Lindaberg Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cabbages
    8 carrots
    6 onions
    4 sweet green peppers
    4 sweet red peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables; add salt and let stand for 2 hours.
    Then add vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Do not heat. Put in jar; keep in refrigerator.
    Take out to use as needed.
