Company Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 lb. regular pork sausage
    8 slices bread, cubed, crust removed
    5 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown and crumble all sausage.
    Put bread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix eggs, milk and mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Add grated cheese, then sausage, then soup.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
