Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. large fresh mushrooms
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 tsp. chopped capers
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash and dry mushrooms.
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Combine crabmeat, parsley, pimiento and capers.
    Blend dry mustard into mayonnaise; toss with crab mixture.
    Fill each mushroom crown with about 2 teaspoonfuls or until full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until hot, about 10 minutes.
    Makes 36.
