Best Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white Karo
2 c. sugar
1 lb. or 3 c. raw peanuts or pecans
1 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 rounded tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Stir.
Pour mixture onto greased cookie sheet.
Let harden and break up.
It's better to overcook this a little than to undercook it.
With practice, you will learn to cook this peanut brittle to perfection.
Store in covered container.
