Creamy Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    pinch of salt
    1 c. or more pecans
Preparation
    Cook sugar, milk, syrup and salt to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pecans and beat until creamy.
    Drop by spoonfuls on buttered slab or cookie sheets to cool.
    These will not be flat, sugary cakes like \"New Orleans style pralines, but will be creamy.
