Hot 'N' Spicy Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/4 c. honey
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In small saucepan, blanch green pepper in boiling water for 1 minute; drain.
    Cut each chicken breast half into 4 pieces. Alternately thread chicken, green pepper and pineapple onto skewers.
    In small bowl, combine 57 sauce and honey.
    Brush kabobs with butter, then 57 sauce mixture.
    Grill or broil kabobs, about 6 inches from heat, 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink in center, turning and brushing with 57 sauce mixture once.
    Makes 4 servings.
