Southwest Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c. frozen corn, thawed
    1 1/2 c. chopped plum tomatoes
    3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/3 c. minced fresh cilantro
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Toss together first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together oil, lemon juice and salt; pour over black bean mixture, stirring gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
