Summer Fruit Salad For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks including juice
    2 large cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 to 1/2 watermelon, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 ripe melon, cut into 1-inch chunks
    2 c. or a large bunch red or green seedless grapes
    1 qt. small strawberries or 1/2 large ones
    2 c. blueberries, freshly picked
    6 c. nectarines, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Pour enough orange juice over top to almost cover.
    A cup or two of pineapple juice adds just enough sweetener.
    Serve well chilled either by itself or over sherbet.
    Recipe can be cut in half for smaller groups or doubled if needed.
    When taking this fruit to a cookout or picnic, I always bring two bowls.
    Serve one and keep the other on ice in cooler for later.
    Always a favorite at family gatherings.
