Rice-Kraut Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 1 1/2 lb. meat of your choice
    1 c. rice
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. water
    cooking oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season and flour meat, brown in oil (covered dish), add rice, water
    and top with sauerkraut.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until rice is tender.
    Add more water if needed.
