Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, buttered
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. smokies sausage
    1/2 lb. Velveeta or Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Break up bread into an oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add sausage and cheese that has been cut into bite size pieces.
    Add milk to eggs and beat well. Add salt, pepper and mustard; pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
