American Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. American cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix, soaked in 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat milk and margarine until margarine is melted.
    In blender, put flour, onion soup mixture and cheese, cut in cubes.
    Add hot milk mixture.
    Cover and blend on high until smooth.
    Pour into fondue pot.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickens.
    Reduce heat to maintain slight bubbling during serving.
