Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef, cubed
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    4 to 5 sliced carrots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sherry or wine
Preparation
    Layer all in a greased casserole (meat, onions, carrots, soup and wine mixed).
    Cover and bake 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
