Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 oz. flour
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 qt. chopped cooked broccoli
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Make white sauce in double boiler using butter, flour and milk; add salt, pepper and grated cheese.
    Stir constantly to prevent lumping.
    Five minutes before serving, add cooked chopped broccoli.
