Cheese, Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    3 pkg. chicken Top Ramen
    20 oz. cut broccoli
    6 c. milk
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    In Dutch oven or stockpot, melt margarine.
    Add onion and saute until transparent.
    Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil. Break Top Ramen into pieces.
    Add with seasoning to boiling water. Return to boil and cook 3 minutes.
    Add broccoli; return to boil. Cook 5 minutes.
    Turn heat to low.
    Add milk and Velveeta, cut in chunks.
    Stir occasionally.
    Ready to eat when cheese is melted.
