Glazed Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. unsalted (sweet) butter
1/4 tsp. grated fresh orange peel
4 bananas, halved lengthwise and crosswise
1/4 c. toasted pecans
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine orange juice, brown sugar, butter and orange peel in large skillet.
Heat until butter is melted.
Add bananas; heat thoroughly.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Serve over ice cream.
Makes 4 servings.
