Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cooked chicken or 5 breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/3 c. water
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 stick oleo, melted
2 pkg. Club crackers or any rich butter-flavored crackers
Preparation

Crush crackers and put half into bottom of large casserole dish. Add half of melted oleo. Add chicken and chestnuts. Mix soups, sour cream and water together and pour over chicken mixture. Add other half of crackers and oleo on top. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes. Makes large dish (3-quart). Very tasty.
