Mexican Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 bags frozen broccoli cuts
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta, cubed (mild)
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add Velveeta and soup.
Cook over medium heat until cheese is completely melted.
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
