Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Orzo (Ronzoni #47)
    5 to 6 celery stalks
    1 large green and red pepper
    3 whole scallions (about)
    1 small red onion
    1 lb. or more sea legs
    lemon juice
    1 small jar Hellmann's mayonnaise or 3/4 (1 pt.) jar
Preparation
    Cook Orzo.
    Drain and place in large bowl.
    Cut very fine the celery.
    Add to bowl.
    Also cut fine green or red pepper; add. Mince scallions; add.
    Grate some red onion (to taste).
    Mix everything together.
    Add sea legs.
    Sprinkle lemon juice to taste.
    Mix in mayonnaise to taste.
    Chill before serving.
    Makes enough to serve 4 to 6 people.
