Freezer Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. salt
7 c. cukes, sliced thin
2 c. onions, sliced thin
1 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, vinegar, spices and salt and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Put veggies into containers (I use Cool Whip containers) and fill about 3/4 full.
Pour liquid over and cover. These may be frozen or refrigerated, depending on how fast you use them.
