Fish In Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ribs celery
    2 tsp. onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. condensed mushroom soup
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. fish fillet
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in a shallow casserole with fish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
