Raspberry Snow(4 To 5 Persons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. sago
    1/4 pt. water
    2 Tbsp. raspberry jam
    1 pt. milk
    2 oz. sugar
    a little lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil the milk and water; sprinkle in the washed sago and cook thoroughly.
    Add the sugar.
    Allow to cool and beat up with the raspberry jam and the lemon juice.
    Add a little red colouring matter if liked.
    Serve alone or with fruit.
