Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 c. peeled, diced apples
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix in apples and nuts.
Bake in 8-inch square cake pan (greased) in 325\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
