Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. peeled, diced apples
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 c. oil

Preparation

Mix apples and sugar together and let stand for 1 hour.
Sift together flour, soda and salt; add to apple mixture.
Beat eggs with vanilla and add oil and nuts.
Add mixtures together and pour in a greased and floured angel food pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
