Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

4 or 5 large green peppers
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. Minute rice
1 egg
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Accent to taste
1 c. water
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 large can tomato soup
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In a large pot, put stewed tomatoes, tomato soup, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup water, beef bouillon and sugar; bring to a boil.
