Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large fresh mushrooms
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Wash and dry mushrooms.
Remove stems from mushrooms; finely chop mushroom stems.
In a non-metal bowl, micro-cook cream cheese, uncovered, on 30% power (Medium-low) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until soft.
Then stir together cream cheese and other ingredients, including chopped mushroom stems.
