Mosette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. noodles, boiled and blanched
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can tomatoes
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    pinch of soda
    bacon fat
    6 onions, sliced
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushrooms
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    garlic to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Drain boiled and blanched noodles; set aside.
    Simmer together in a skillet the tomato soup, tomatoes, celery and soda.
    In another skillet brown the onions, green peppers, pork and beef in bacon fat.
    Stir in mushrooms and the cheese.
    Add garlic and salt to taste.
    Simmer until cheese is melted, then combine with noodles and tomato mixture.
    Place all in 2 large glass casseroles and cook at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 20.
