Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 to 4 c. mayonnaise
3 cans minced clams, drained
lemon juice
Lawry's season salt
Parmesan cheese
2 uncut bread (rye or pumpernickel) loaves (1 large, 1 small)
Preparation

Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
Mix with mayo; add clams, then season with remaining ingredients (except bread) to taste.
Cut the middle out of large loaf of bread to form a bowl.
Fill with clam dip.
Cut excess bread and small loaf into bite-size cubes.
Chill.
