Olypian Greek Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12.5 oz.) can Valley Fresh white chicken in water, drained
    1 tomato, diced
    1/2 c. diced, unpeeled cucumber
    1/2 c. diced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 pitted, ripe olives, cut in half
    2 Tbsp. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 c. fat-free herb vinaigrette or similar dressing
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    romaine lettuce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine chicken and vegetables.
    Blend together salad dressing and garlic.
    Pour over vegetables and chicken; toss to coat. Serve chilled on lettuce.
    Store, refrigerated.
    Makes 4 servings.
