Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    2 (16 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 1 lb.), divided
    2 (26 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
Preparation
    Prepare lasagna according to package directions; drain noodles.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Stir in the spinach and 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
    Spread Ricotta cheese mixture evenly on individual lasagna noodles.
    Roll up each noodle.
