Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onion
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop green pepper, celery, onion and pimentos.
    Mix the sugar, vinegar and oil; add salt and pepper to your taste.
    Heat to melt sugar, then cool.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Should stand for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
