Carrot Cake And Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients (except sugar) together; set aside. Mix oil, sugar and eggs, beating after each addition.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Grease and flour 2 pans.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool.
