Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon, deboned
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except green onion tops.
    Refrigerate about 4 hours.
    Roll in green tops of onions.
    Serve with crackers.
