Potato Fans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry Italian dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/4-inch slices, taking care not to cut through bottom.
    Place cut side up, in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Brush potatoes with mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender and slices have fanned out.
    Baste occasionally with pan drippings while baking. Serves 6.
