Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 lb. can fruit cocktail, undrained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine all ingredients, except nuts and chocolate chips, in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend well at lowest speed.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
