Pineapple Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    strained juice from pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook eggs, flour, sugar and juice together until thick. Let cool, then beat in mayonnaise.
    Add crushed, drained pineapple. Makes 2 pints and will keep in refrigerator for days.
