Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. Baker's bran (not cereal bran)
    1 c. raisins, soak in 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cream together
    eggs,
    oil,
    sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Add milk, flour, soda and
    baking powder.
    Add bran and raisins. Don't stir much after adding flour.
    Bake
    at
    375\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    Makes 24.
    Can be mixed ahead and stored in refrigerator until used.
