Orange Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. sugar
1 to 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 heaping Tbsp. shortening
orange marmalade
orange juice
xxx sugar
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add next 6 ingredients and mix like biscuits.
Grease bowl and top of dough.
Let rise in refrigerator.
Roll out dough.
Cover with orange marmalade.
Roll like jelly roll.
Slice.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 until lightly browned.
While hot, brush with orange juice-confectioners sugar mixture.
