Hot Italian Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 or more Hot Italian Sausages
1 large Onion, finely chopped
3 qt. or more Water, personal choice of consistency
6 large or 8 medium Potatoes
1 - 2 lbs. Baby Carrots, cut in third
1 pkg. Celery Hearts, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
Preparation

Place Sausages in Water bringing to a boil and simmer until the sausages are firm. Remove the sausage,
being careful not to pierce them when taking them out (this could add unwanted fat to the soup). Cut the sausage into bite-size pieces and return to the water.
