Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 c. cheese, grated
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet thaw and separate broccoli in oil.
    Blend in onions and cook for a short time.
    Stir in soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Fold in rice and mix well.
    Top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
