Margie'S Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 small bell pepper, diced
    1 bay leaf
    2 shakes Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Cook awhile, then add vinegar and Lea & Perrins sauce.
    Add soup and water, mix, then add rice.
    Place rice mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
