Perfect-Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Blend with electric mixer the shortening, flour, salt and sugar until crumbly. Add egg, vinegar and water. Mix with mixer until it is dampened. Form into balls and roll on a lightly floured board. This will make 4 or 5 flaky, tender pie crusts. Refrigerate before rolling if sticky.
