Corn Meal Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Beat eggs and milk together, then stir in dry ingredients.
    Add melted butter. Drop from a spoon into pot of boiled greens or heated stock. Cover tightly and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
