Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage, browned
1 c. shredded mild Colby cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13-inch flat, utility dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
After mixture has set overnight in refrigerator.
