Chocolate Fudge Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter
4 large eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. broken pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell, pricked with fork
1 c. heavy cream, whipped to firm peaks
Preparation

In the top of a double boiler set over simmering water, melt together the chocolate and butter.
In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
Gradually add the sugar, salt and lemon juice.
Slowly add the chocolate mixture until thoroughly blended.
Stir in the pecans.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven until the pie is flaky, about 35 minutes.
Do not chill.
Cool pie completely and serve with the whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
