Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    can diced Rotel
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    Lb. American or velveeta cheese
    2 lb. tater tots
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, drain and spread on bottom of pan. Mix together Rotel and add cream of mushroom soup. Spread
    mixture over ground beef followed by the cheese. Cover the cheese with tater tots and bake about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
